Mobile Grain Dryer

Mobile Grain Dryer

Agricultural Cooperatives (Farmer Groups)

Individual smallholders often pool resources. Cooperatives representing 50–200 small-scale farmers. They use 10–20 ton dryers as a “shared service” for members.

It empowers the group to sell “dry” grain at a premium price rather than selling “wet” grain at a discount to middle-men.

Emerging Professional “Large-Scale” Farmers

Farmers who have scaled up their landholdings (typically 50–200 hectares depending on the crop). A 10–15 ton batch dryer allows them to harvest at the optimal moisture level and dry it immediately on-site.

Grain Collectors & Local Traders

These are the “middlemen” who buy wet grain directly from the field at a discount.
The Need: Buying wet grain is risky. By using a mobile dryer, they can stabilize the grain quality on-site before transporting it to a central warehouse.

Grain Collection & Procurement Units

Small-scale “traders” or “aggregators” who buy wet grain directly from the field. They buy grain at a lower price when it’s wet, dry it using a 30–40 ton system, and store it to sell when market prices rise.

Specialized Seed Processing Units

Small companies or research farms focused on seed multiplication.High-precision,
low-temperature drying is critical for maintaining seed germination rates. The 10–20 ton capacity allows for “batch-tracking,” keeping different seed varieties separate and pure.

Fuel Choice

Selecting the right fuel is the most critical decision in grain drying because energy consumption represents your largest operating expense.

The ideal choice balances thermal efficiency, local fuel availability, and your machine’s mechanical requirements.

Here is a streamlined look at the most common options:

  • Diesel: Best for maximum mobility. It is highly reliable for off-grid operations, especially when using units with integrated fuel tanks.

  • Liquid Propane (LP): The industry standard for high-capacity drying. It burns clean, preserving grain quality without oily residues.

  • Natural Gas: The most cost-effective per BTU, but it requires a dedicated pipeline, which limits the dryer to a fixed location.

  • Biomass: A sustainable alternative (using husks or wood) that significantly reduces fuel costs, though it requires a larger footprint for the furnace.

Fuel Choice

Mobile and Fixed Installation

Bucket elevator is gentle for grain circling ,crack rate much lower than auger elevator .

Foldable bin and elevator significantly lowers th emachine’s center of gravity,  optimizes its mobility, and allows it to                safely pass over power lines and bridges.

Compared to a elevator that folds backward, elevator folds forward reduces the  overall length of the machine by about 2 meters, while improving stability by 40%.

Drying Working

A large-capacity drying tower isn’t always the best fit. If your current grain volume is modest, a smarter strategy is to invest in several smaller, modular units that can work together in unison. This flexible, scalable approach allows your drying capacity to recreate itself and expand perfectly in step with your farm’s success.”

FAQ

Mobile: Drying Without Borders

Stop moving your grain to the dryer; bring the dryer to your grain. Engineered for clients who manage multiple sites or provide drying services.

Go Anywhere: Heavy-duty chassis and reinforced axles designed for rugged farm tracks and highway speeds.

Rapid Deployment: Set up and start drying in under 30 minutes with our hydraulic folding systems.

Compact Footprint: High capacity doesn’t have to mean high bulk. 4.5m moving size design fits easily into tight sheds or field corners.

2.High Efficiency: More Bushels, Less Fuel

In grain drying business, time is money and fuel cost are the key cost in operation. We’ve optimized every thermal unit to ensure your brain hits the target moisture faster and cost lower.

Advanced Airflow :

Uniform heat distribution prevents “hot spots” and ensures consistent quality

Smart Sensors:

Automated hot air temperature and grain temperature monitoring prevents over-drying and protects grain integrity.

3.Fuel Option  and Electricity

Electricity  : 3 phases ,50/60 HZ  ,  supplying by grid power or diesel genset  .

Fuel : 1.   wood , coal ,biomass pellet ,    use same furnance  ,without burner  , heat exchanger in-direct heating .

2. Diesel  , use diesel burner  ,air mixing box ,  direct heating .

3. Gas  , use gas burner  ,air mixing box , direct heating
